End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Zcode ("Software") is provided by Amir Hayek ("Developer") under this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zcode for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement.

You are permitted to:

• Download and install Zcode on macOS devices you own or control
• Use Zcode to build, test, and develop iOS and macOS projects
• Use Zcode to create applications for commercial distribution
• Create derivative works (apps, projects) using Zcode as a development tool

2. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative versions of Zcode itself
• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or lend Zcode
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in Zcode
• Circumvent any license restrictions or security features
• Use Zcode in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Zcode (including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation) are owned exclusively by Amir Hayek. This Agreement grants you rights to use Zcode, but not rights to the underlying code or intellectual property.

You retain all intellectual property rights in projects and applications you create using Zcode. Zcode does not claim ownership of your work.

4. No Support or Updates

Zcode is provided "as-is" without obligation of support, maintenance, or updates. Future versions or updates may be provided at Developer's sole discretion. Developer is not obligated to provide:

• Technical support or customer service
• Bug fixes or security patches
• Documentation or training
• Continued maintenance or development

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZCODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability

Developer does not warrant that:

• Zcode will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Zcode will meet your requirements
• Zcode will be compatible with all future macOS versions
• Any defects will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data or productivity
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages arising from your use of Zcode, even if advised of the possibility

This limitation applies even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if limited remedies fail of their essential purpose.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Zcode and uninstall the Software from all devices.

Developer reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

8. Future Monetization

Zcode is currently provided at no cost. Developer reserves the right to:

• Introduce premium features or paid tiers in the future
• Require a license key or subscription for continued use
• Impose usage restrictions or limitations
• Modify licensing terms with notice

If you do not accept changes to this Agreement, you must cease using Zcode.

9. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer regarding Zcode and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
